Important Dates

Welcome to the official timeline of INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS 2025. Below are the key dates every author and participant should keep in mind for a successful submission and participation process.

🔹 1 June – 15 August 2025
Abstract Submission Period
Submit your abstract (max. 250 words), including title, author names, affiliations, and 3–5 keywords. All abstracts will be screened for quality, relevance, and originality. Only selected abstracts will be invited to submit full manuscripts.

🔹 3 – 4 September 2025
Conference Days (Onsite in Bali)
The full onsite conference will be held at HARRIS Hotel & Residences Sunset Road, Bali, Indonesia. Authors of accepted abstracts are required to present their work in person during these dates, either through oral or poster sessions.

🔹 5 September – 30 October 2025
Full Manuscript Submission to Partner Journals
Authors whose abstracts are nominated will upload their full papers to the appropriate partner journal’s OJS system. Each journal has its own specific formatting and ethical requirements, which must be strictly followed.

🔹 1 November 2025 – 30 January 2026
Peer Review and Revisions
Manuscripts will undergo peer review coordinated entirely by the journal editorial boards. Authors are responsible for responding to reviewers' comments and submitting timely revisions.

🔹 1 March – 30 April 2026
Final Decisions and Publications
Partner journals will issue final decisions. Accepted papers will be published in special or regular issues, complete with DOI and license.

All deadlines above are managed by the INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS committee up to the manuscript recommendation stage.

Once a manuscript is submitted to a journal, the review process, deadlines, and final decisions fall under the full responsibility of each partner journal.
