To ensure a smooth and professional session, all oral presenters are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Each oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session.
  • A countdown timer will be available to help manage your time effectively.

💻 Technical Facilities

  • The committee will provide a standardized computer and LCD projector in each room.
  • Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format only.
  • Other formats (e.g., PDF or Prezi) are not recommended unless prior approval and compatibility testing are completed.

📁 File Preparation and Submission

  • Your presentation file MUST include your assigned presentation code and last name in the filename.
  • Example: O-402-1-DwiYuli.pptx, O-501-1-NinaNurmalia.pptx, O-601-1-Browijoyo.pptx
  • Your presentation code can be found in the official List of Oral Presenters document.
  • On the first slide of your presentation, clearly indicate your presentation code.
  • Slide layout is your choice, but content should be visually clear, high-contrast, and readable by a diverse audience.

📅 Submission Deadline & Procedure

  • All presentation files must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference.
  • Submit your file directly to the PowerPoint Submission Team, located near the conference registration desk.
  • The technical team will verify compatibility and functionality on the provided equipment.

🖥️ Use of Personal Devices (Optional)

  • If you wish to use your own laptop, coordinate with the technical team before your session.
  • The committee strongly encourages the use of the provided system to avoid potential incompatibility.
  • Any technical issues due to different software versions or device settings must be resolved in advance.

🌐 Language

  • All presentations must be delivered in English, as the official language of the conference.
