Guidelines for Oral Presentation – INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS 2025
To ensure a smooth and professional session, all oral presenters are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
⏱️ Presentation Time
- Each oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session.
- A countdown timer will be available to help manage your time effectively.
💻 Technical Facilities
- The committee will provide a standardized computer and LCD projector in each room.
- Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format only.
- Other formats (e.g., PDF or Prezi) are not recommended unless prior approval and compatibility testing are completed.
📁 File Preparation and Submission
- Your presentation file MUST include your assigned presentation code and last name in the filename.
- Example: O-402-1-DwiYuli.pptx, O-501-1-NinaNurmalia.pptx, O-601-1-Browijoyo.pptx
- Your presentation code can be found in the official List of Oral Presenters document.
- On the first slide of your presentation, clearly indicate your presentation code.
- Slide layout is your choice, but content should be visually clear, high-contrast, and readable by a diverse audience.
📅 Submission Deadline & Procedure
- All presentation files must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference.
- Submit your file directly to the PowerPoint Submission Team, located near the conference registration desk.
- The technical team will verify compatibility and functionality on the provided equipment.
🖥️ Use of Personal Devices (Optional)
- If you wish to use your own laptop, coordinate with the technical team before your session.
- The committee strongly encourages the use of the provided system to avoid potential incompatibility.
- Any technical issues due to different software versions or device settings must be resolved in advance.
🌐 Language
- All presentations must be delivered in English, as the official language of the conference.
