Guidelines for Poster Presentation – INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS 2025

To ensure an effective and professional poster exhibition, all poster presenters are required to follow the guidelines below:

๐Ÿ“ Poster Format & Dimensions

  • Posters must be printed in A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation (not landscape).
  • Use readable font sizes and clear graphics that can be easily seen from a distance of 2.5 meters.

๐Ÿงพ Poster Content Requirements

Your poster should include the following sections:

  • Title
  • Author(s) (presenting author listed first; underline the corresponding author)
  • Affiliations of all authors
  • Corresponding author’s email and address
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • References
  • Acknowledgments (if any)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ On-Site Setup

  • The committee will provide poster boards and adhesive materials (e.g., tape or pins).
  • Your poster code (e.g., P-1-1, P-2-1, P-3-1, etc.) will be listed in the Poster Presenter Document and on the poster board.
  • Please mount your poster at the assigned location before the poster session begins.
  • Presenters are expected to remain near their posters during the designated exhibition session to interact with attendees and answer questions.

๐Ÿ† Best Poster Award

  • The conference committee will evaluate all eligible posters based on scientific merit, clarity of presentation, visual design, and engagement with viewers.
  • A Best Poster Award will be granted for each conference track (INCOFIMS and INCOBIFS).
  • Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony, and certificates of recognition will be awarded.
  • Awardees may also be considered for extended publication opportunities in affiliated journals or post-conference highlights.
