All accepted participants (oral or poster presenters) must complete the conference registration payment before submitting their full paper to any partner journal.

📚 Journal Article Processing Charges (APC)
Once your manuscript is selected and submitted to a partner journal, all peer review, editorial decisions, and publication procedures are managed solely by the journal. INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS do not collect or mediate APC payments.

🔐 Transparency Guarantee
- The committee will NOT collect any APC on behalf of the journals.
- Official communication regarding publication fees, licensing (e.g., CC BY, CC BY-SA), and final proofs will only come from the journal’s editorial office or their OJS system.
- Authors will only be charged APC after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

The INCOFIMS & INCOBIFS Committee is available to help with communication or clarification, but has no authority to process, negotiate, or mediate APC payments with journal partners.
