How to Participate

Participants may join the International Conference on One Health Synergy (ICOHS) 2026 through two participation tracks:

1 Symposium Participant — for participants who wish to attend plenary sessions, satellite symposium, and students forum without presenting a paper.

2 Oral or Poster Presenter — for participants who wish to present their research findings through oral presentation or poster presentation.

1. Symposium Participant

This track is suitable for students, lecturers, researchers, clinicians, health professionals, policymakers, and general participants who wish to gain scientific insights from the symposium sessions.

Open the registration page.
Select "Participant" as the participation type.
Complete the online registration form.
Upload proof of payment, if required.
Wait for confirmation from the committee via email.
Attend the symposium according to the official conference schedule.

2. Oral or Poster Presenter

This track is intended for participants who wish to submit an abstract and present their research at the conference. Abstracts may be considered for either oral presentation or poster presentation, based on scientific review and committee decision.

Open the registration page.
Select "Author" as the participation type.
Complete the online registration form.
Download and follow the abstract template.
Submit the abstract through the online submission system before the deadline.
The abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee.
Wait for the abstract notification: Accepted, Accepted with Revision, or Rejected.
If accepted, complete registration payment before the presenter deadline.
Submit the final presentation file or poster file according to the guideline.
Present your research during the scheduled oral or poster presentation session.
