The conference theme is "One Health Synergy: One Health for Sustainable Future," bringing together human health, animal health, and environmental sciences perspectives, organized by the Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Life Sciences, Universitas Airlangga.

All submissions must go exclusively through the official conference management system, LeConfe / e.conference UNAIR. Submissions sent by email or any other channel will not be accepted or reviewed, unless the Organizing Committee announces an alternative arrangement in writing.

Submissions should align with One Health tracks including One Health governance and policy, zoonotic and emerging infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, environmental health and ecosystem sustainability, food safety and security, climate change and planetary health, veterinary public health, biodiversity and conservation medicine, community and global health systems, health technology/digital health/AI in One Health, nutrition and non-communicable diseases, disaster preparedness, and health education/promotion. Submissions outside these tracks may still be considered if the Scientific Committee determines clear relevance to One Health and sustainable development.

Abstract submission deadline is early August 2026 (exact date to be confirmed), with notification of acceptance late August 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). Full paper deadline, notification date, and camera-ready deadline are to be confirmed and will be published on the official conference channels before submissions open.

Three categories: (1) Abstract Submission, for oral or poster presentation consideration; (2) Full Paper Submission, for those intending publication in the conference proceedings or a partner journal; and (3) Poster Presentation, for research in progress, preliminary findings, case studies, or community/field-based projects best communicated visually.

Yes, but only by written request to the Secretariat, and the change is subject to approval. You cannot switch categories unilaterally after submission.

Full paper submission is open to authors whose abstracts have been accepted, as well as to authors who submit directly to the full paper track if the conference management system permits it.

English or Indonesian. English is strongly encouraged for international visibility.

Yes. All full papers are screened using plagiarism-detection software. A similarity index above the threshold set by the Organizing Committee to be confirmed will result in automatic rejection or a mandatory revision request.

Through double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers, assessing originality, scientific rigor, relevance, clarity, and formatting compliance. Authors may be asked to submit a revised version before final acceptance.

Accepted full papers may be considered for publication in conference proceedings and/or a partner journal. The specific outlet, indexing status, and any publication fee are to be confirmed and will be announced separately by the Organizing Committee.

Yes. An extended abstract (250–300 words, same structure as the standard abstract) must be submitted and accepted first. The final poster, as a high-resolution PDF, is due by the camera-ready deadline to be confirmed.

Yes. Presenting authors must be present at their assigned poster station during the designated session. Failure to attend without prior written notice to the Secretariat may result in withdrawal from the proceedings and forfeiture of any certificate of presentation.

Each submission must designate one corresponding author responsible for all communication with the Organizing Committee, along with complete and accurate information (full name, affiliation, email, and ORCID iD if available) for every listed author.

Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate submission, and undisclosed misuse of generative AI in a way that misrepresents authorship are treated as serious violations of academic integrity, resulting in immediate rejection or disqualification.

Studies involving human subjects must state approval from an accredited Research Ethics Committee/Institutional Review Board, including the approval/protocol number. Studies involving animal subjects must state compliance with applicable institutional and national animal welfare and research ethics guidelines. Any actual or potential conflict of interest, including funding sources, must be disclosed at submission.

Yes. Informed consent procedures must be described where applicable, and identifiable participant information must not be included without explicit consent.

Yes. At least one author of each accepted submission must register for the conference and be available to present the work for the submission to be included in the final program and any proceedings.

Submitting an abstract, full paper, or poster constitutes your consent for the Organizing Committee to reproduce the work, in whole or in part, in the conference program, abstract book, proceedings, and promotional materials, with appropriate attribution.

Decisions made by the Scientific Committee regarding acceptance, rejection, or category placement are final and not subject to appeal, except in cases of demonstrable procedural error.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for submissions lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues outside its direct control. You are advised to retain proof of submission and to submit well in advance of deadlines.
