Presentation Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and professional session, all oral presenters are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

โฑ๏ธ Presentation Time

  • Each oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session.
  • A countdown timer will be available to help manage your time effectively.

๐Ÿ’ป Technical Facilities

  • The committee will provide a standardized computer and LCD projector in each room.
  • Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format only.
  • Other formats (e.g., PDF or Prezi) are not recommended unless prior approval and compatibility testing are completed.

๐Ÿ“ File Preparation and Submission

  • Your presentation file MUST include your assigned presentation code and last name in the filename.
  • Example: ICOHS-2026-261-NurRusdiana.pptx, ICOHS-2026-262-RetnaKurnia.pptx, ICOHS-2026-263-BagasAbdillah.pptx
  • Your presentation code can be found in the official List of Oral Presenters document.
  • On the first slide of your presentation, clearly indicate your presentation code.
  • Slide layout is your choice, but content should be visually clear, high-contrast, and readable by a diverse audience.

  • All presentation files must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference.
  • Submit your file directly to the PowerPoint Submission Team, located near the conference registration desk.
  • The technical team will verify compatibility and functionality on the provided equipment.

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Use of Personal Devices (Optional)

  • If you wish to use your own laptop, coordinate with the technical team before your session.
  • The committee strongly encourages the use of the provided system to avoid potential incompatibility.
  • Any technical issues due to different software versions or device settings must be resolved in advance.

๐ŸŒ Language

  • All presentations must be delivered in English, as the official language of the conference.

To ensure clarity, academic rigor, and international compatibility, all abstracts submitted to the 1st International Conference on One Health Synergy 2026 must follow the structure and quality standards aligned with international peer-reviewed journals.

โœ๏ธ Abstract Structure & Content

Each abstract must include the following components:

  • Title โ€” Concise, specific, and informative.
  • Authors โ€” Full names of all contributing authors.
  • Affiliations โ€” Institutional affiliation of each author.
  • Abstract โ€” Start with the word "Abstract" followed by a single paragraph (max. 250 words) containing:
    • Background โ€” The rationale or problem being addressed and its scientific/practical relevance.
    • Objective โ€” What the study aimed to explore or test.
    • Methods โ€” Basic study design, data collection tools, sample, or analytical approach.
    • Results โ€” Main findings or projected results if the study is ongoing.
    • Conclusion โ€” Interpretation, implication, or potential impact of the results.
  • Keywords โ€” 3 to 5 relevant keywords listed after the abstract paragraph.

Guideline Poster

To ensure an effective and professional poster exhibition, all poster presenters are required to follow the guidelines below:

๐Ÿ“ Poster Format & Dimensions

  • Posters must be printed in A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation (not landscape).
  • Use readable font sizes and clear graphics that can be easily seen from a distance of 2.5 meters.

๐Ÿงพ Poster Content Requirements

Your poster should include the following sections:

Title
Author(s) โ€” presenting author listed first; underline the corresponding author
Affiliations of all authors
Corresponding author's email and address
Abstract
Introduction
Methods
Results and Discussion
Conclusions
References
Acknowledgments (if any)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ On-Site Setup

  • The committee will provide poster boards and adhesive materials (e.g., tape or pins).
  • Your poster code (e.g., P-1-1, P-2-1, P-3-1, etc.) will be listed in the Poster Presenter Document and on the poster board.
  • Please mount your poster at the assigned location before the poster session begins.
  • Presenters are expected to remain near their posters during the designated exhibition session to interact with attendees and answer questions.

๐Ÿ† Best Poster Award

  • The conference committee will evaluate all eligible posters based on scientific merit, clarity of presentation, visual design, and engagement with viewers.
  • A Best Poster Award will be granted for conference track. Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony, and certificates of recognition will be awarded.
  • Awardees may also be considered for extended publication opportunities in affiliated journals or post-conference highlights.
