Welcome to the official timeline of ICOHS 2026. Below are the key dates every author and participant should keep in mind for a successful submission and participation process.
Submit your abstract (max. 250 words), including title, author names, affiliations, and 3–5 keywords. All abstracts will be screened for quality, relevance, and originality. Only selected abstracts will be invited to oral or poster presentation.
Following the abstract evaluation process by the review team, participants are given the opportunity to make revisions based on the feedback and recommendations provided. All revised abstracts must be re-uploaded via the seminar system. Participants are expected to ensure that the revisions comply with the requirements and formatting guidelines set by the organizing committee prior to the submission deadline. Late submission of revisions may result in the abstract not being processed for the subsequent stage.
After the peer-review process is completed, the list of accepted abstracts will be announced on the official ICOHS 2026 conference website. Accepted submissions will be classified as either Oral Presentations or Poster Presentations based on the Scientific Committee's evaluation. Authors should regularly visit the conference website to obtain the latest information regarding acceptance results and presentation schedules.
Following the abstract evaluation process, the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued to authors of accepted abstracts. Upon receiving the LoA, participants are invited to complete the Early Bird registration within the designated registration period to confirm their participation in ICOHS 2026.
The Regular Registration period is open for participants who did not complete the Early Bird registration or wish to register after the Early Bird deadline. Participants are required to complete the registration process and payment within the specified period to secure their participation in ICOHS 2026.
The full onsite conference will be held at Aston Hotel, Banyuwangi, Indonesia. Authors of accepted abstracts are required to present their work in person during these dates, either through oral or poster sessions.
Authors whose abstracts are nominated will upload their full papers to the appropriate partner journal's. Each journal has its own specific formatting and ethical requirements, which must be strictly followed.
Manuscripts will undergo peer review coordinated entirely by the journal editorial boards. Authors are responsible for responding to reviewers' comments and submitting timely revisions.
Partner journals will issue final decisions. Accepted papers will be published in regular issues, complete with DOI and license.
