Guidelines for Abstract Preparation
7th International Conference on Vocational Innovation and Applied Sciences (ICVIAS 2025)
Abstract Submission Guidelines
All authors are invited to submit their abstracts following the guidelines below. Submissions not meeting these requirements may be returned for revision.
1. Language
- The abstract must be written in dual languages:
- English (150–200 words)
- Bahasa Indonesia (150–300 words)
2. Structure & Format
- Abstracts must be written in one paragraph only, without subheadings or bullet points.
- The content should encompass:
- Background
- Purpose of the study
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
3. General Requirements
- Use clear and concise academic language.
- Avoid abbreviations unless commonly accepted in the field; define them at first use.
- Do not include references, figures, or tables.
- Ensure that the English and Bahasa Indonesia versions convey equivalent meaning.
4. Word Count
- English abstract: 150–200 words.
- Bahasa Indonesia abstract: 150–300 words.
5. Submission Format
- Submit abstracts in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing.
- File name format:
FirstAuthor_FullTitle.docx
6. Review Process
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for relevance, clarity, and scientific merit.
- Only accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings Book.
