Accommodation & Transportation Guideline

The ASEEC Tower, Universitas Airlangga (Jl. Dharmawangsa Dalam, Campus B, UNAIR, Surabaya) is conveniently accessible from various transportation hubs in Surabaya.

From Juanda International Airport (SUB)

• By Taxi/Online Ride-hailing (Grab/Gojek/Bluebird):
  Travel time: 30–40 minutes (depending on traffic).
• By DAMRI Bus:
  Take the DAMRI bus from Juanda Airport to Bungurasih Bus Terminal. Continue by taxi/online transport to ASEEC Tower (approx. 20 minutes).

From Bungurasih Bus Terminal (Purabaya)

• By Taxi/Online Ride-hailing:
  Travel time: 20–25 minutes.
• By Trans Semanggi Suroboyo (City Bus):
  Take the Trans Semanggi Suroboyo bus from Bungurasih towards central Surabaya. Get off at the stop closest to UNAIR Campus B (ASEEC Tower). Continue with a short walk or ride-hailing if necessary.
  Tip: Download the GoBis Suroboyo App to track bus routes and stops in real time. This is the official app provided by the Surabaya City Transportation Office.

From Gubeng Train Station (Stasiun Gubeng)

• By Taxi/Online Ride-hailing:
  Travel time: 15–20 minutes.

Notes for Participants

• We recommend using Grab, Gojek apps or Bluebird taxi for convenient transportation.
• Allow extra travel time during peak traffic hours (07.00–09.00 and 16.00–18.30 WIB).
• Local volunteers will be available at the venue to assist with transportation queries.
