The 9th International Conference on Fisheries and Marine Sciences (INCOFIMS 2026), held in conjunction with the 7th International Conference on Biotechnology and Food Sciences (INCOBIFS 2026), provides a global platform where scientists, industry leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders converge to exchange knowledge, foster partnerships, and develop innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Hosted by the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Airlangga, and held at the prestigious Airlangga Sharia and Entrepreneurship Education Center (ASEEC Tower), Surabaya, Indonesia, on 2–3 September 2026, the conference embraces the theme: “Collaborative Penta Helix (ABGSM) in Sustaining Marine and Fisheries for Good Health and Well-Being.” The conference aligns closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 14 (Life Below Water), emphasizing the critical role of fisheries, marine sciences, biotechnology, and food innovation in addressing global challenges.
