001. Presentation Time ⏱️
1. Each oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session.
2. A countdown timer will be available to help manage your time effectively.
002. Technical Facilities 💻
1. The committee will provide a standardized computer and LCD projector in each room.
2. Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format only.
3. Other formats (e.g., PDF or Prezi) are not recommended unless prior approval and compatibility testing are completed.
003. File Preparation and Submission 📁
1. Your presentation file MUST include your assigned presentation code and last name in the filename. Example: O-402-1-DwiYuli.pptx, O-501-1-NinaNurmalia.pptx, O-601-1-Browijoyo.pptx
2. Your presentation code can be found in the official List of Oral Presenters document.
3. On the first slide of your presentation, clearly indicate your presentation code.
4. Slide layout is your choice, but content should be visually clear, high-contrast, and readable by a diverse audience.
004. Submission Deadline & Procedure 📅
1. All presentation files must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference.
2. Submit your file directly to the PowerPoint Submission Team, located near the conference registration desk.
3. The technical team will verify compatibility and functionality on the provided equipment.
005. Use of Personal Devices (Optional) 🖥️
1. If you wish to use your own laptop, coordinate with the technical team before your session.
2. The committee strongly encourages the use of the provided system to avoid potential incompatibility.
3. Any technical issues due to different software versions or device settings must be resolved in advance.
006. Language 🌐
1. All presentations must be delivered in English, as the official language of the conference.
