The 5th International Conference on Biotechnology and Food Sciences, scheduled for September 25, 2025, in Surabaya, Indonesia, offers a unique hybrid format combining in-person and virtual participation. This prestigious conference aims to bring together leading scientists, researchers, and professionals from around the world to discuss the latest advancements and innovations in biotechnology and food sciences.

With the overarching theme of "Sustainable Fisheries Combating Global Food Crisis," the conference will focus on the pivotal role of sustainable fisheries and aquaculture in addressing global food security challenges. As the world faces increasing pressure from population growth, climate change, and dwindling natural resources, the need for sustainable practices in the fisheries sector has never been more critical.
