A. CONFERENCE
A hybrid conference with the theme "Healthcare 6.0: Turning Challenges into Milestone for Safer and Sustainable Care" will be held on October 4th, 2025. Online conference will be delivered by Zoom meetings and offline conference will be held in Santika Premiere Hotel, Gubeng Surabaya City, Indonesia. This conference will cover multidisciplinary collaboration among academics, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders. The conference contains presentations and discussions by 8 speakers (6 international, 2 national), each followed by moderated Q&A.

| 1 | Abstract Submission and Review | At this stage, participants must submit their abstracts in accordance with the provided guidelines. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by a team of reviewers. Only selected abstracts will be accepted to proceed to the next stage, which is the submission of full papers. |
| 2 | Full Paper Submission | Participants whose abstracts are accepted must submit a full paper. All full papers will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges. The evaluation results will determine which participants are selected as finalists to proceed to the final round for oral presentation. |
| 3 | Oral Presentation | The third stage is the final round, where all finalists will present their papers to a panel of judges. In this stage, each finalist is required to submit a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) and a poster based on the content of their full paper. The judges’ evaluation of the presentation and supporting materials will determine the final ranking of the winners. |
Rules for Oral Presentation:
- Each finalist is required to participate in the presentation session, held hybrid format on the scheduled date.
- Presentations will be divided into two parallel rooms (number of rooms may change based on needs): Breakout Room 1: Paper Presentation and Breakout Room 2: Paper Presentation
- The schedule for each room will be provided during the Technical Meeting.
- Paper Presentation: Finalists will present their scientific papers before three expert judges relevant to the theme.
Time Allocation: 10 minutes for presentation and 25 minutes for Q&A (If the time limit is exceeded, the MC will stop the presentation and deduct points)
The outcome of this activity includes opportunities for scientific publication. Please note that these are non-guaranteed opportunities, meaning the organizer does not promise immediate publication. All selected articles will undergo the standard review and editorial processes of each journal.
All accepted papers will be published in an ISBN-registered proceeding, unless the author opts for journal publication. Confirmation of the publication preference must be submitted to the committee by December 31, 2025.

This Scientific Paper Competition is held in collaboration with the Jurnal Pendidikan IPA, an accredited SINTA 2 journal, which will publish a special issue featuring selected articles from the competition.

All participants are required to attend the grand final, conference, and awarding session. Offline attendance is preferred for those who can participate in person. However, if participants have valid reasons, online participation is allowed.

C. OFFLINE WORKSHOP
Offline Workshop will be held on October 5th, 2025 in Santika Premiere Hotel, Gubeng Surabaya City. The theme of this workshop: "Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Health Care Services". This agenda is conducted offline due to hands-on practices for hospital managerial or healthcare providers to practice in implementation of AI. This Workshop is in collaboration with Ministry of Health, meaning the participants will be awarded by Credited Score (SKP).

Requirements:
- a. The submitted POSTER must be related to one of the above topics;
- b. The POSTER must be an original work that has never been published or included in a competition or other event.
- c. The POSTER must contain scientific and communicative elements, and does not contain racism, violence, or copyright infringement.
Qualification:
- a. Participants are active students at the Diploma, S1, S2, or S3 levels from all universities in Indonesia and overseas.
- b. Participants can be individuals or teams (maximum 3 people).
- c. Participants can submit more than one POSTER.
- d. The POSTER must be collected through the G-Form link and also uploaded on each participant's Instagram account by adding the hashtag #Icohap7th2025 #jointconference #ispsq and tagging the Icohap Instagram account (@icohap.unair) and (@pusatrisetkeselamatanpasien).
- e. Participants are required to follow Icohap's Instagram account (@icohap.unair) and (@pusatrisetkeselamatanpasien).
- f. Posters are made in digital format A2 size (420 x 594 mm), portrait orientation, file format: PDF/JPG/PNG.
- g. Posters must include the following elements: Title, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Bibliography.
- h. Language: English.
- i. The use of content that violates copyright, contains racism, or violence is prohibited.
- j. Posters that do not fulfill the requirements mentioned in points a–c will be disqualified.
- k. The judges will give an assessment at the initial selection stage. Participants who pass this stage will get the opportunity to exhibit their Poster work offline on October 4, 2025 at Santika Premiere Hotel Surabaya with A2 Poster prints (420 x 594 mm).
