How To Participate


Authors should initially submit their manuscript as a single DOC/DOCX file. The aim of this stage is for the manuscript to contain the necessary information to enable scientific evaluation; the manuscript must include all sections from the abstract to the conclusions, references must be complete, and figures and tables must be numbered and appropriately referenced.

Submission Methods

Manuscripts can be submitted through the online submission system (via the ISOPH 9 submission system). Manuscripts MUST be in a single DOC/DOCX file format, and comply with the following requirements:

  • The file size must not exceed 20 MB (compress images if necessary).
  • All figures and tables must be included in a DOC/DOCX file, with the figures placed at the end of the file.
  • The file name must NOT include spaces and must have a doc/docx extension (use underscores instead; e.g., manuscript_revised.docx).
  • Do not impose any restrictions on the DOC/DOCX file, such as password protection or editing restrictions.

Submission Steps

Participants who wish to present their work at the Joint Conference of the 9th International Symposium of Public Health (ISoPH) and the 1st International Conference of Epidemiology Public Health (ICoEPH) are required to follow the submission steps outlined below:

1. Abstract Submission
All presenters must submit their abstracts through the official submission platform at:

Please ensure that the abstract adheres to the conference's formatting guidelines and is submitted before the stated deadline.

2. Abstract Acceptance Notification
After the review process, authors will receive an official notification regarding the acceptance status of their abstract. Only accepted abstracts will be eligible for presentation and publication opportunities.

3. Registration and Payment
Once your abstract has been accepted, you are required to complete your registration and payment through the registration link provided by the committee. Please select the correct category (oral/poster presenter, local/international, offline/online) and make your payment by the deadline to confirm your participation.

4. Before Conference Days
To ensure a smooth presentation session, presenters are required to submit the following:
- Oral Presenters: Full paper and PowerPoint presentation
- Poster Presenters: Final version of the poster
All submissions must comply with the specified format and deadline as announced by the organizing committee.

5. Conference Days: September 24–25, 2024
All accepted presenters will participate in the conference either onsite or online (depending on their category). Oral and poster presentation sessions will be scheduled throughout both days. Presenters are expected to attend their respective sessions and engage in discussions with participants and reviewers.
