How To Participate

Submission Guide for Authors

The entire submission process is conducted exclusively online, following the procedure outlined below. To ensure smooth administration, all submissions must be made through the online system and NOT via email. Please refer to the procedure below:

  1. Create (SIGN UP) new account https://e-conference.unair.ac.id/
  2. Check your email and activate your account (INBOX OR SPAM)
  3. Login to your account
  4. Submit your manuscript
  5. Wait until the committee announce the manuscript review result
  6. You can participate to be a Presenter (Oral or Poster presentation) and Non Presenter. Please specify your choice in the registration form.

Presenter

  • Write your manuscript according to the template in MS Words Docx or Doc (Please refer to manuscript guidelines and abstract manuscript).
  • Fill in the registration form (Full Name, Title, Affiliations, e-mail, Phone Number, Scope, Oral / Poster, Student ID Card / Passport ID, Title Abstract, and File Abstract).
  • Do not leave any blank registration lines.
  • In your inbox, search for emails containing our notification about your successful registration.
  • Click the link in the email to join the WhatsApp group and get event information.
  • Submitted manuscript under review to be oral or poster presentation.
  • Keep updating on your email for further notification on your manuscript acceptance (LoA).

Non Presenter

  • Fill in the registration form (Full Name, Title, Affiliations, e-mail, Phone Number, Student ID Card / Passport ID)
  • Do not leave any blank registration lines
  • In your inbox, search for emails containing our notification about your successful registration.
  • Click the link in the email to join the WhatsApp group and get event information.

All submissions are to be conducted fully online following the outlined procedure. To ensure efficient administration, the entire submission process will be managed exclusively through our online platform. Submissions via email will not be processed.
