How To Participate
Submission the Manuscript to the e-Conference System
- If you are a first-time user, sign up at here.
- You will receive an email notification regarding registering your account in the e-conference system.
- Follow the link in the email to proceed to the login process. Log in using your account on the e-conference system at here.
- After logging in, you will be directed to the e-conference home page. Look for the Symomath 2025 event on that page, then click the DETAIL CONFERENCE button to enter the event.
- Register for the Symomath 2025 event by clicking the Register button.
- Choose the type of participation you want, as a presenter or participant. The type of participation, whether domestic or international, is determined by your affiliation.
- Continue by selecting your participation details. After completion, you will receive an email notification regarding your registration for the Symomath 2025 event.
- Return to the e-conference system page. Go to the profile page by clicking on your account name in the top right corner of the web page.
- To submit the paper, click on the Presenter menu, then click Show Detail on your ID_registration. Upload the abstract, and complete the required fields according to the provided form.
- The abstract will undergo the review process. The review results can be checked via the conference system.
- Once the abstract is accepted, the participant is allowed to present his/her work in the conference. Then, the participants prepare and submit the full paper after presentation (31 July – 10 August 2025).
- If you only participate without submitting a paper, click on the Participant menu to fill in the registration detail.
