How To Participate

To take part in The 6th International Conference on Veterinary Medicine and Health Sciences (ICVMHS 2026), all participants are required to conduct their registration and submission process exclusively online through the E-Conference Universitas Airlangga platform. To ensure smooth administration, submissions via email will not be processed.

General Steps:

  1. Create an E-Conference Account

    • Register for an account on the E-Conference Universitas Airlangga platform if you do not have one yet. Check your inbox (or spam folder) to activate your account.

  2. Login to the E-Conference Platform

    • Access your account by entering your registered username and password.

  3. Register for the ICVMHS 2026 Event

    • After logging in, search for and select ICVMHS 2026 from the list of available events.

  4. Select Your Participation Category

    • Choose your role in the registration form as a Presenter (Oral or Poster presentation) or Non-Presenter (Attendee).

1. For Presenters (Oral or Poster Presentation)

  • Step 1: Document Preparation Write your abstract and manuscript according to the official templates.

  • Step 2: Fill Out the Submission Form Complete all required fields on the platform. Please do not leave any blank registration lines:

    • Full Name & Academic Title

    • Affiliation & Country

    • E-mail & Active Phone Number

    • Conference Scope / Scientific Track

    • Presentation Preference (Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation)

    • Student ID Card / Passport ID upload

    • Abstract Title & Abstract Text File Upload

  • Step 3: Confirmation & Networking

    • Check your email inbox for a successful registration notification.

    • Click the link provided in the email to join the official ICVMHS 2026 WhatsApp Group for real-time announcements.

  • Step 4: Review Process

    • Your abstract will undergo a review process. Keep checking your email for updates regarding your Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

2. For Non-Presenters (Attendees)

  • Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form Complete the required registration fields on the platform. Please do not leave any blank registration lines:

    • Full Name & Academic Title

    • Affiliation & Country

    • E-mail & Active Phone Number

    • Student ID Card / Passport ID upload (if applicable)

  • Step 2: Confirmation & Networking

    • Check your email inbox for a successful registration notification.

    • Click the link provided in the email to join the official ICVMHS 2026 WhatsApp Group for real-time logistics and event schedules.
