Registration Fee

Our event will be held online and offline with the following fees:



PRESENTER

Domestic Presenter

  • Presenter (Oral or Poster): IDR 300,000

  • Undergraduate Student Presenter: IDR 150,000

International Presenter

  • International Presenter: USD 40

  • International Student Presenter: USD 10

PARTICIPANT

Domestic Participant

  • General Participant IDR 200,000

  • Undergraduate Student Participant IDR 100,000

International Participant

  • International Participant USD 20

  • International Student Participant USD 10

Additional information:

  • Poster Competition: Poster submissions are included under the Presenter category above (no separate poster fee).

  • Student Poster Competition: Participation is included under the Participant/Presenter registration (no additional competition entry fee).

  • All the presenters and participants have a chance to attend workshop sessions (Meet the Journal Editor and Patent Filing Workshops).
