Poster Submission Guideline

The viewer should be able to quickly assess the subject matter of the poster within a few minutes. Poster presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the venue. 

  1. Submission the Manuscript to the e-Conference System

  • If you are a first-time user, sign up at here 

  • After logging in, you will be directed to the e-conference dashboard. Look for the ICVIAS 2026 event on that page.

  • Choose the type of participation you want, as a presenter or participant. The type of participation, whether domestic or international, is determined by your affiliation.

  • Continue by selecting your participation details. After completion, you will receive an email notification regarding your registration for the ICVIAS 2026 event.

  • Return to the e-conference system page. Go to the profile page by clicking on your account name in the top right corner of the web page.

  • To submit the paper, click on the Presenter menu, then click Show Detail on your ID_registration. Upload the poster, and complete the required fields according to the provided form.

  • Once done, the poster will undergo the review process. The review results can be checked via the conference system.

  • If you only participate without submitting a paper/poster, click on the Participant menu to fill in the registration detail

 

  1. Review Process

The author(s) should submit a poster before the due date. The submission of the poster should be done through an e-conference system. Each submission will be evaluated on a 100-point scale by at least three judges. The poster component will comprise 50% of the score, while the in-person Q&A will comprise 20% of the score. The remaining score is 30% based on voting from the participants at the venue.
