Submission Guideline

  1. Register an account on the ICOHAP registration portal. (register link)
  2. Log in to your ICOHAP account by registering: Full name, Affiliation (University/Institution), Country, Phone number (international format), Email address, and Password.
  3. Read the author guidelines (guideline link) and download the official templates.
  4. Prepare and submit your abstract through the submission system.
  5. Wait for the abstract acceptance announcement.
  6. Submit your full paper if your abstract is accepted.
  7. Complete the registration payment and upload the proof of payment.
  8. Attend the Technical Meeting (for finalists).
  9. Prepare your PowerPoint for the oral presentation.
  10. Present your paper during the Grand Final and participate in the Q&A session.
  11. Await the announcement of winners at the Awarding Ceremony.
