Please be informed that ICEB 2026 does not provide indexing for the conference proceedings, as we operate under an abstract-only publication policy. The conference will only publish the accepted abstracts in the official abstract book. However, we offer excellent Publication Opportunities where selected high-quality full papers will be recommended to our reputable journal partners (Scopus/Sinta indexed) for potential publication through their regular peer-review process.

The conference fee must be paid directly to Universitas Airlangga. The partner journals do not handle any payments related to the ICEB 2026 registration or conference fees. Detailed payment instructions and official bank accounts will be provided on our registration page or via your confirmation email. 

Important Note: The conference registration fee and the Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in a partner journal are separate fees. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication in a partner journal will be required to pay the applicable APC in accordance with the journal's policy.

Researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students are welcome to submit their original work.

Yes. Authors may submit multiple abstract, provided that each submission is original and registered separately if accepted.
