1. The copyright of papers published in the proceedings “Opportunities and Challenges in the Development of AI-Based Public Health” is transferred to Universitas Airlangga as the publisher, with the knowledge and consent of the authors. Nevertheless, the moral rights to the scholarly work remain with the authors as the owners of the ideas and intellectual contributions.

2. The formal legal provisions regarding access to and use of the papers, in both printed and electronic forms, are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license. This license grants Universitas Airlangga the right to store, reproduce, transfer media or formats, manage the papers in database form, maintain, and publish the papers, while duly providing attribution to the authors and ensuring that the works are not used for commercial purposes.

3. All papers published in these proceedings are open access and may be used for educational, research, and scientific development purposes in the field of Public Health, particularly those related to the application and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
